Bob Blattler
CEO & Founder
Mr. Blattler has more than thirty years’ experience in the Petro Chemical and Natural Gas Transmission sectors working with companies such as NOVA Chemicals, NOVA Gas Transmissions, TransCanada Pipelines/ TC Energy and Alliance Pipeline.
While at NOVA Chemicals, he was involved in a variety of roles in operations, project management and maintenance planning. Transitioning from the Petro Chemical sector into the Natural Gas sector, Mr. Blattler held several roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of operations, customer service and business development. In his last role at Alliance Pipeline as Director of Supply & Market Development, Business Development, Mr. Blattler lead a diverse team of professionals who successfully transitioned the corporations regulated service offering and re-contracting initiative at the end of the company’s legacy contracts.  
Since early in 2017, as CEO & Founder, focus has been on Cariboo Low Carbon Fuels Ltd. He has built a team of Sr. Executives who have assisted him in the development of the corporations' natural gas to liquids and hydrogen projects.
Kevin Sundvall
Mr. Sundvall entered the energy industry thirty years ago and progressed through various finance functions with increasing responsibilities including accounts payable, accounts receivables, inventory management, cost accounting and financial statement preparation for a publicly listed company.
Mr. Sundvall joined Alliance Pipeline Ltd. in 1999 to lead the construction accounting efforts of the $5 billion project. After the completion of construction, he held several senior level finance positions with oversight over treasury, managing bank relationships, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, debt and cash management, covenant compliance, investor relations, long term forecasting and budgeting all while being accountable to Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Notably, he led Alliance’s first ever unsecured note offering, negotiated NRGreen Power Ltd.’s initial financing and his corporate finance expertise led him to be summoned to be a subject matter expert for the National Energy Board’s hearing into the financing of pipeline abandonment funding.
Slade Thornhill
Mr. Thornhill has over twenty six years’ of field and office experience in the Oil and Natural Gas sector and has held roles of increasing responsibilities in the areas of building and managing development and operations teams, production, creating effective and efficient strategies, leading negotiations with partners and stakeholders and providing innovation in problem solving.
He previously served as Director of Engineering at Painted Pony Energy, leading the company's growth to its pinnacle over a 7-year span and was at Talisman Energy for 10 years prior in several roles including operations, development and midstream.
Since 2018, he has helped to develop a mineral land fund, worked on the development of Industrial Hemp related companies, and has passed the level 1 exam of the CFA program. He is also a Professional Engineer registered with APEGA and has the PMP designation (Project Management Professional).
John Miller
Chief Commercial Advisor
Mr. Miller has over thirty years’ experience in LNG and Canada’s upstream Oil & Gas sector working with companies such as Petro-Canada/ Suncor Energy, Talisman Energy/Repsol and CIBC World Markets.
At Petro-Canada, he was involved in a variety of roles over his thirty years with the company, including oil sands, natural gas liquids, offshore development and natural gas marketing. His last role was as the Vice President of Natural Gas Marketing, Acquisitions and Development and Business Development. Mr. Miller's responsibilities included the sale and marketing of a portfolio of Alberta and British Columbia sourced gas in quantity up to 1 BCF/day. He was also part of the Petro-Canada team (including London based members) that worked on the Baltic LNG Project (St. Petersburg) with Gazprom and the Cacouna Energy import terminal (Quebec).
At Talisman, he was the Vice President of LNG Development, working to find an entry point for Talisman into the global LNG supply chain to monetize its Montney gas assets in NE BC. In addition, he was the Talisman lead for the Talisman-Sasol joint venture which explored the feasibility of building a Gas to Liquids facility (using Sasol’s Fischer-Tropsch technology) in Alberta.
Since March 2013, Mr. Miller has been the Managing Director of Miller and Miller Consulting Ltd, a consulting firm specializing in the Canadian LNG and upstream sectors.  He supports a diverse client base of global players looking to enter the Canadian market and Canadian resource holders looking to enter the LNG and alternative fuels marketplace.  
Mr. Miller has a B.Sc. (Hon) from the University of British Columbia and an M.A. (With Distinction) from Carleton University.
